Gwen Grace
Gwen Grace has worked at Farnborough College of Technology since 1997, working predominantly in the Gallery Restaurant teaching food and beverage service to all students.

Sean Patterson
Sean Patterson is a chef lecturer with many years’ experience in the catering industry from working around the world on cruise ships to top 5* hotels and restaurants.

Andreas Hein
Andreas Hein has worked at FCoT since 2002. He is a trained baker and patissier and spent many years working in hotels both in Germany and England, including The Churchill Intercontinental, Hyde Park Hotel and Chez Gerad.
